There are two sizes currently available: 

2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath: $300 down, $600/mo for 6 years 


3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: $300 down, $800/mo for 8 years

Each of our Oklahoma mobile homes has it’s own address with a street name, instead of a lot number. This allows delivery services like Amazon and food delivery services like Grubhub to directly reach your home. Ordinary mail is delivered to a convenient central mailbox that each homeowner has a private key for.

You may not have heard of lease-to-own agreements as they are not nearly as common as simple rentals. However, it’s not really all that complicated. A lease-to-own is a contractual agreement that offers the lease-holder the option to purchase a property after a certain amount of time has passed. Many people prefer this kind of agreement because it offers a middle option between renting and the full commmitent of a home purchase. Basically, a portion of the lease payment is saved for the purchase price of the property.

One of the biggest benefits of the lease-to-own setup is that it provides a path to homeownership for people who may not currently be in a position to go out and make a traditional home purchase. You can also lock in a purchase price at the beginning of the lease, protecting you against any potential price increases. No. The mobile homes at Sandel Home Park are available for a lease-to-own arrangement. This is the opportunity to own your own home for just $500 to $800 per month in 6-8 years.  

2. Do You Provide Maintenance and Upkeep Services As Part of the Lease Agreement?

No. Unfortunately, it’s a common misunderstanding that a lease-to-own agreement involves upkeep services just like a rental. This is not the case. The maintenance and upkeep of the home and its utilities is exclusively the responsibility of the lease holder, just as if they were the homeowner. This is a key difference that sets the Sandel Mobile Home Park apart from conventional apartment rentals or housing complexes.  

3. What If I Already Have A Mobile Home Of My Own?

Not to worry! Lot Rental Only is available for just $250 per month. This gets you access to a spacious, 50-foot by 120-foot lot that you can use for your new living space.  

4. What Do I Need To Lease A Mobile Home?

Unlike renting an apartment, we don’t do any credit checks before approving your lease. However, to ensure the safety of the members of our community, we do pre-screen all tenants witha  simple background check before scheduling any showings.  

5. Do You Allow Pets?

Unfortunately, not at this time. 

6. Is The Lot Rental Separate From The Lease?

The lease payment of $500 to $800 is for the mobile home, which includes a $250 monthly lot rental.
